Hiking along the American Ridge Trail is good fun, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby White Pass. It's a perfect idea to check out Barton Creek, it's in close proximity to Boat Landing Campground, and why not stop by Bumping Lake Dam if you're here. This
is such a pretty campground. Paddling on Bumping River is so much fun, and popping by Lake Easton State Park is a nice thing to do. On a great day at Boat Landing Campground you can take a hike along the Nile Ridge Trail, and soar down the rapids of American River in a kayak.
Finally, camping time is here once more, and Boat Landing Campground in Washington is a good place to go. This camp ground is one of the good sites to camp here in the Northern Cascade Range.
