Glenwood here, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Round The Mountain Trail. This is such a splendid campground. There is a nice hiking trail near Blue Jay Campground called the Highline Trail, and White Salmon River has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. Mayer
| State Park is worth taking a look at if you're at Blue Jay Campground, and paddling on Klickitat River is so much fun. The delightful variety of local attractions and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back repeatedly. There's some flowing water nearby, Dry Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're here, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Klickitat River.
