Really great skiing awaits you at Ascutney, and in the vicinity of The Farm Campground you discover a golf course called Crown Point Country Club.

The Farm Campground a wet site; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while February is typically the driest month. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. This is a popular place for folks from Springfield; Chestnut Hill is easy to spot from The Farm Campground. If you come to this campground, you will have a splendid time for sure. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Futures Trail.
With so many things to do in Vermont you'll never get bored. Several people choose The Farm Campground to be in close proximity to Wilgus State Park. This campground has everything. Hiking along the Hang Glider Trail is delightful fun, needless to say you could also explore Bloodsucker Pond if you're here; it's not far at all.
The Farm Campground is exceptionally popular with the people of Springfield. Williams River is a tremendous whitewater spot right next door to The Farm Campground, and Springfield Town Forest is a great local forest.
Seavers Brook is a wonderful stream that is worth taking a look at, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Saxton's River.
