be in Vermont. At Ricker Campground throughout the summertime highs are in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs through the winter are frequently in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Ricker Campground descend
into the 0's. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. Go for a hike on the Groton State Forest Nature Trail, and going to Ricker Pond State Park is a great thing to do. So much fun stuff near Ricker Campground, and scores of people
enjoy coming here to get away. The Hosmer Brook Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Joe's Brook River. This campground has everything. You're sure to bump into some great people from Groton
here, and a wonderful beach nearby is Boulder Beach. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is plentiful here in the Green Mountains. Groton Pond Dam is worth a visit while you're here; there's tremendous hiking along the Peacham Bog Trail.
