but if it's for you then, we recommend Joe's Brook River. Chesterfield Valley is a brilliant place to explore close by, and the snow is tremendous at Lyndon Outing Club. Moose River Campground is a popular spot with folks of Saint Johnsbury. A campground like this is too delightful
to miss. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Ammonoosuc River, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Moose River Campground; Cobble Hill Trail is a pleasant local trail. Lots of people from Saint Johnsbury come to Moose River Campground, and wonderful hiking is available
along the Mount Pisgah Trail. The amount of rainfall that falls at Moose River Campground is close to the national average; August is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you come at
the right time of year, Moose River offers some nice whitewater, and there are wonderful places to discover along the South Shore Hiking Trail. Just can't get enough of the Green Mountains. If you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Kirby Country Club; there's a pleasant
forest called Saint Johnsbury Municipal Forest. When was the last occasion you went camping? Moose River Campground in Vermont is a really great place to spend some time. Don't leave Moose River Campground without first going for a hike along the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail,
