Eddy Pond Dam is not far at all from Iroquois Land Family Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Clarendon River. Some folks pick Iroquois Land Family Campground to be near Green Mountain National Forest.
That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Iroquois
Land Family Campground has it all. Going for a hike along the Canty Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; Round Hill is a peak you can make out from Iroquois Land Family Campground. And that's not all you can do here at Iroquois Land Family Campground.
Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not visit Upper Eddy Pond close to Iroquois Land Family Campground, and golf can be played at Rutland Country Club. North Branch Cold River is a brilliant place to stop by, and the friendly folks of North Clarendon like to hang out nearby.

Aitken State Forest is a splendid forest region in close proximity to Iroquois Land Family Campground, and playing golf is lots of fun at Stonehedge Golf Course.
