Big Deer Campground, Vermont is a nice place for getting out. Big Deer Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among folks in Groton. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Big Deer Campground. There's a great forest next to Big Deer Campground
| called Groton State Forest; Boulder Beach State Park is a good place to stretch your legs a bit. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Big Deer Campground. Big Deer Campground is right by the Hosmer Brook Trail, and Big Deer Campground is not far at all from Groton. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the exciting stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, fishing, hiking, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
