Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Prospect Bay Country Club, and going for a hike on the Daniel Coffey Memorial Trial is always a fine adventure. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Big D Campground; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February.
