Whitewater paddling is perfect on Colorado River, and don't leave Willow Flat Campground without first going for a hike along the Upheaval Dome Trail. A trip to Arches National Park is recommended, and why not take a refreshing | |

hike along the Silver Stairs. Coming to this campground is always a great idea. Dead Horse Point State Park is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Willow Flat Campground; Shafer Trail is a splendid local trail.
Canyonlands
National Park is a fine site close to Willow Flat Campground; the Horsethief Trail offers hiking at its best. Willow Flat Campground is commonly a pretty arid place; October is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
