Forest when you're here at Splash Dam Campground is never a bad idea, and going for a hike on the Highline Trail is always a great adventure. This is such a delightful campground. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Duchesne River, and
the Skinner Cutoff Trail is a perfect hiking trail nearby. If you come at the right time of year, Rock Creek offers some splendid whitewater, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the East Fork Pinto Lake Trail.

Campground. There's whitewater on Currant Creek for all you thrill seekers, and a brilliant vista of pretty Castle Rocks is available.
