Summer brings highs in the 80's to Shingle Creek Campground, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while Shingle Creek Campground overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. at near Shingle Creek Campground, and going for a hike on the Littles Fork Trail is always a nice adventure. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chalk Creek, and you can go for a hike on the Nobletts Creek Trail.

A journey to Jordanelle State Park when you're here at Shingle Creek Campground is a fine idea; why not take a refreshing hike along the Lofty Lake Trail. It's a great idea to explore Coop Creek, it's in the neighborhood of Shingle Creek Campground, and you can hit the slopes at Deer Valley in the neighborhood.

for folks who like lakes, Castle Lake is a lake close by.
Some activities here at Shingle Creek Campground are swimming, whitewater paddling, hiking, and fishing, so almost certainly you want to stick around for a while. It's been too long since you went outside, and Shingle
