You just have to adore the Uinta Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Reservoir Campground; Shale Dugway is a fine local trail, and a wonderful location close by is Cow Canyon. Very good water scenery is available at Yellowstone Power Diversion Dam in the vicinity of Reservoir Campground, and Harmston Basin is a good place to stretch your legs a bit. So many exciting things to do here at Reservoir Campground, too good to be true. Ashley National Forest is a lovely site any time of year, and there's whitewater on Uinta River for all you adrenaline kick people. For the duration of the warm months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Reservoir Campground. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and nighttime lows all through the winter for Reservoir Campground tend to be in the 0's.
