a pleasant adventure, and visiting Steinaker State Park is a great thing to do. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the cool stuff you can do is whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.
Be careful coming to the Uinta
Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Green River. The warmest time of the year at Red Spring Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Daytime
highs through the wintertime are in the 30's while Red Spring Campground overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
At this campground you will always have a great time. Go for a hike on the Canyon Road Trail; if you're going to from Dutch John, you won't be the only one.
