  The magnificent variety of local attractions and all the outdoors recreation are delightful reasons to come. There's more to do close to Pelican Point Campground other than just hanging out such as swimming, whitewater paddling, hiking, and fishing, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. It's been too much time since you went outside; Pelican Point Campground, Utah is a tremendous spot for getting out.
A great location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Pelican Point Campground is Fremont River, and going for a hike on the
    Jackson Dugway is always a perfect adventure. This campground has so many cool things to offer. Take a little visit to Jorgenson Creek if you're here at Pelican Point Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Pelican Point Campground; Oak Belt Trail is a nice local
trail. This campground is so pleasant. If you want a little side journey, try Pelican Canyon; during your spree here you'll meet some folks from Lyman for sure.
If you want a nice time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Pelican Point Campground. While you're here at Pelican Point Campground you should go to Pelican Point; why not take a refreshing hike along the Stair Trail.
Not much precipitation falls here at Pelican Point Campground; March is the wettest month with most rain while June is generally the driest month. In Utah you never
 
run out of outdoors entertaining things.
Fishlake National Forest is a great spot to go if you're at Pelican Point Campground, and nice hiking is available along the Meadow Gulch Salt Gulch Trail. Summer at Pelican Point Campground arrives with high temperatures in the 90's; the overnight is a tad chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Pelican Point Campground through the winter usually sink into the 10's.
Pelican Point Campground is a campground that is extremely prized by folks from Lyman. The vista of Mytoge Mountains from Pelican Point Campground is lovely, and you can go for a hike on the Great Western Trail. Loads of folks select Pelican Point Campground in order to be near Fishlake National Forest.
You can run the rapids of Salina Creek in close proximity to Pelican Point Campground. A visit to Capitol Reef National Park is recommended, and there are other spots here than Pelican Point Campground, for example Fish Lake. So much exciting stuff right next door to Pelican Point Campground; what a tremendous spot for camping it is.
