Hayden Fork Campground, Uinta Mountains, Utah

  There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Hayden Fork Campground called the East Fork Pinto Lake Trail, and paddling on Rock Creek is so much fun.
You've been indoors for too long, you need to get out of the house, and Hayden Fork Campground in Utah is such a fine location. Hayden Fork Campground is mostly a rather waterless place; September is the month that gets the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Hayden Fork Campground is a delightful camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Uinta Mountains.

If you have a thing about the outdoors, you won’t be saddened; there's fishing, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of cool things to do won’t happen. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Uinta Mountains.
So much entertaining stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains, not enough time. If the weather is pleasant here at Hayden Fork Campground, you can go for a hike along the Highline Trail; whitewater paddling is great on Blacks Fork - West Fork. This campground is so great. Smiths Fork Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and glide down the rapids of Blacks Fork - East Fork in a kayak. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Hayden Fork Campground. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Hayden Fork Campground temperatures sink to the 0's.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area in the neighborhood of Hayden Fork Campground has to offer. While you're here at Hayden Fork Campground you can take a hike along the Lofty Lake Trail, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Notch Mountain Trail. Such a tremendous pick of attractions and the tremendous variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back repeatedly. Utah is a fine location for campers.
