Hanging Rock Campground, Wasatch Range, Utah   Have a fine hiking adventure along the The Sheep Trail, and a quick spree to Swinging Bridge Creek is definitely a pleasant idea. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Indian Trail; California National Historic Trail is a very great spot to have a look at. At Hanging Rock Campground through the warm months highs are in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hanging Rock Campground. This section of Utah is always a delight to have a look   at during camping season. Get your sleeping bag packed and hit the road; Hanging Rock Campground is a great local campground if you happen to be in Utah. There's so much to do at Hanging Rock Campground including fishing, hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so you won’t get bored. Some people stay at this campground through their visit to Timpanogos Cave National Monument. Lakes are great; Tibble Fork Reservoir is a lake that's right next door to Hanging Rock Campground, and get covered with water paddling on Big Cottonwood Creek. The brilliant local attractions and such a brilliant variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back time and again. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun stuff to do in the Wasatch Range. Take a hike on the Lake Desolation Trail, and Snowbird is a great local ski area. It's not possible to run out of fun stuff to do right next door to Hanging Rock Campground; it is a fun spot for everyone. This campground is so delightful. A great spot like Wasatch Mountain State Park in close proximity to Hanging Rock Campground is too perfect to leave out, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Provo River. Not much rain falls here at Hanging Rock Campground; during the month of April you get the most rain around here while July is generally the driest month.
