    is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Chris Otteson Trail.
Huntington State Park is a perfect spot, and since you're here why not stop at McElprang Canyon.

A number of folks select Forks of Huntington Campground through their tour to Scofield State Park. There's a load of outdoors recreation available in the vicinity such as swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, and hiking, so perhaps you want to stick around for a while. There's whitewater on Cottonwood Creek for all you adrenaline people; close by you find the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail which is a fine hiking trail.

came. Forks of Huntington Campground is usually a reasonably dried up location; the month with most of the rain is August, and June is when it's the driest. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Huntington Creek, and swing by Left Fork Huntington Creek it's a nice place to have a look at.
On a good day at Forks of Huntington Campground you can take a hike along the CCC Trail, and Scofield State Park is a fine place to have a look at. For the period of the warm days of summer at Forks of Huntington Campground temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. All through the winter the highs are mostly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Forks of Huntington Campground are in the-10's.
