Of course it can be challenging to get to a primitive campground such as this one, but it's worth the effort. As expected there are restrooms here; this is a primitive campground which obviously means that there are quite few amenities.

 Camping out unquestionably is an entertaining thing to do, and East Fork Campground in Utah is precisely the spot. Rockport State Park is a tremendous place to stop at on a pretty day. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail, and hiking along the Highline Trail is glorious fun. This campground is so striking. While you're here at East Fork Campground you can take a hike along the East Fork Pinto Lake Trail, and there are other sites here than East Fork Campground, for example Scow Lake. East Fork Campground is right by the Lofty Lake Trail, and East Fork Bear River is right next door to East Fork Campground and is always a pleasure to pop by. Have a great  
hiking adventure along the Notch Mountain Trail, and a spree to Ashley National Forest when you're here is never a bad idea.
