| | Going for a hike along the Browns Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Deer Creek State Park is both pleasant and pretty. During the warm months highs here at Coal Mine Campground get into the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Coal Mine Campground night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.

to stumble upon some good folks from Provo-Orem here. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Wasatch Range. Sawmill Hollow is a wonderful site to visit nearby; you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Sky High Trail. A normal amount of precipitation falls here
at Coal Mine Campground; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and July on the other hand is the driest.
