  While visiting this area in Utah it's a great idea to go for a camping trip too. At Beaver Dam Campground you don’t see much rainfall; all through September this area sees the most rain while March is regularly the driest month. Beaver Dam Campground is a place with many visitors from Altonah, and going for a hike on the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail is always a great adventure.

    you're here at Beaver Dam Campground, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellowstone River. Lake Fork is a good whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Beaver Dam Campground; a delightful lake like Twin Pots Reservoir is
a nice place to explore.
You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Uinta Mountains. Rock Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and a spree to Starvation State Park revives the spirit. All through the summer at Beaver Dam Campground temperatures are generally in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Beaver Dam Campground are in the 0's.
