  This part of Utah is always a joy to pop by all through camping season. Soar down the rapids of Yellowstone River in a kayak, and the scenery at Twin Pots Dam is scenic. This campground is so stunning. Hiking along the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail is brilliant fun; a journey to Ashley National Forest is a great idea. So many enjoyable things close to Beaver Dam Campground, and to be at this campground is always fun.
This is truly a good campground. During the summer at Beaver Dam Campground temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Through the dark
    hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. All through the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Beaver Dam Campground drop into the 0's.
Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the
Uinta Mountains. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the High Line Trail; you're in all probability into lakes, Twin Pots Reservoir is one of those nearby. All year is a wonderful time in the Uinta Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. Mule Creek flows through this neighborhood, and a journey to Starvation State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. This camp ground is one of the great locations to camp here in the Uinta Mountains.
Beaver Dam Campground gets very little rain; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the
 
driest of the months is March. So much fun stuff to do here at Beaver Dam Campground, too nice to be true. If you come at the right time of year, Rock Creek offers some fine whitewater, and a tremendous site to take a look at close by is Mackentire Draw. Get dripping wet paddling on Lake Fork, and the good people of Altonah like to hang out nearby.
As if Beaver Dam Campground wasn't sufficient, you can also go hiking, swimming, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so it's completely out of the question to get bored. It's been too much time since you went outside, you have to get out of the house, and Beaver Dam Campground in Utah is the outdoors at its most excellent.
Beaver Dam Campground is a very popular campground with the people of Altonah. Scores of people select Beaver Dam Campground during their visit to Ashley National Forest.
