    near Ashley National Forest which is a delightful place, and hiking along the Notch Mountain Trail is perfect fun. Bear River Campground is located in a region with scores of exciting things to do, and if you're seeking a fine spot to go for a weekend of camping, this is a glorious
pick. This is in fact a magnificent campground. If you come at the right time of year, Blacks Fork - East Fork offers some nice whitewater, and there are other places here than Bear River Campground, for example Lily Lake.
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Rock Creek, and Bear River Campground is right by the Highline Trail. At Bear River Campground you always meet someone from Evanston, and hey, East Fork Bear River is a tremendous local stream.

best, and Rockport State Park is a splendid location to stretch your legs a bit. If you've got cabin fever from too much time inside, Don't be troubled; Bear River Campground in Utah is a really fine spot to spend some time.
The warmest time of the year at Bear River Campground comes with high temperatures in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Bear River Campground during the winter mostly drop into the 0's. This section of Utah is always a delight to take a look at through camping season. The pleasant local attractions and such a pleasant variety of outdoors recreation will definitely have you coming back repeatedly.
