Soar down the rapids of Rock Creek in a kayak; hiking is a popular thing to do around Bald Mountain Campground; Notch Mountain Trail is a great local trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Uinta Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Duchesne River, and if you've had enough of Bald Mountain Campground, Moosehorn Lake is nearby. High temperatures at Bald Mountain Campground during the summer are in the 80's. |

Utah is a great site to go. Hiking along the East Fork Pinto Lake Trail is delightful fun, and from Bald Mountain Campground you get a great view of Bald Mountain. If you come to this campground, you will have a tremendous time for sure. There's more to do right next door to
Bald Mountain Campground other than just hanging out such as fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, and swimming, so running out of fun stuff to do won’t happen. This campground has so much entertaining stuff to offer. There are some great whitewater spots on Blacks Fork - West Fork, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Highline Trail.
