Several people select this campground when going to Cherokee National Forest. This is such a lovely campground. Nolichucky River is a nice whitewater spot near Unaka Mountain Campground, and do take a hike on the Ravens Lore Trail. There's more to do near Unaka Mountain Campground other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Unaka Mountain Campground. Cherokee National Forest is worth checking out if you're at Unaka Mountain Campground, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Rattlesnake Trail.
