You can run the rapids of Little Pigeon River - Middle Prong near Smoky View Campground, and the fine folks of Dandridge like to hang out close by. If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Pigeon River - Middle Prong, and you can go for a hike on the Messer Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Smoky View Campground a wet site; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is September.
