There's some flowing water close by, Doublecamp Creek is a stream you can go to during your stay, and don't leave Doublecamp Campground without first going for a hike along the Moccasin Path Trail. The high level of precipitation makes Doublecamp Campground a pretty wet spot; through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October on the other hand is the driest.
