| | You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Black Hills. Horse Creek flows through this area, and Sheridan Lake Dam has delightful water scenery. Go for a hike on the Willow Creek - Rushmore Trail. Outdoors recreation is bountiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is fishing, swimming, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen.

State Park. During the long summer days here at Southside Campground, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Southside Campground
| during the winter ordinarily descend into the 10's.
The splendid local attractions and all the outdoors recreation will make you pleased you came. That right there is plenty of exciting things already but it goes on, the Black Hills has it all. If the weather is wonderful, you acquire a great view of Clark Mountain from Southside Campground; there's nice hiking along the Grizzly Creek Trail.

Southside Campground is a good site of common rainfall; May is when you get the most
rain here, and January is the month with the least moisture. If you come to this campground, you will have a great time for sure. Lakes? Sure, Sheridan Lake is in close proximity, and Custer State Park is a great site. All our national parks are nice places to have a look at, and
Mount Rushmore National Memorial is no exception, and don't leave Southside Campground without first going for a hike along the Blackberry Trail.
There are glorious places to discover along the Horse Thief Lake Trail; of course, everyone loves Bear Butte State Park. Ok, it's
time you went on a camping trip, don't you think? Southside Campground in South Dakota is a great place to go.
Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Southside Campground is excellent! The panoramas at Jewel Cave National Monument will blow your mind, and of course, A tour to Clog Gulch is always fun.
