Point Campground, Pennsylvania   There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Point Campground. If you come at the right time of year, Great Trough Creek offers some great whitewater, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Point Campground; Sheep Rock Trail is a good local trail. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Tussey Mountain is in close proximity to Point Campground; Point Campground is right by the Gracey Trail. As if Point Campground wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater paddling, and hiking, so there's no way to get bored. So many local attractions and such     an incredible array of things to do are fine reasons to come. Take a hike on the Round Top Trail, and you can make out Horse Knob from Point Campground. This is such a splendid campground. There's whitewater on Licking Creek for all you thrill seekers, and hiking along the Rainbow Trail is brilliant fun. This segment of Pennsylvania is always a pleasure to stop at through camping season. Point Campground is a very well esteemed campground by the folks of Hesston. High temperatures at Point Campground during the summer are in the 70's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Point Campground. Walkers Hollow is close to Point Campground and is a good place; you're sure to run into some cheerful people from Hesston here.   Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time has come to get out; Point Campground, Pennsylvania is a great place for getting out. This is such a gorgeous campground. Point Campground gets a normal amount of annual rain; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January is when it's the driest. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Sideling Hill Creek, and the Butler Trail offers hiking at its best.
