| | When was the last time you went camping for a couple of days? Dewdrop Campground in Pennsylvania is such a great place. This is such a great campground. The view of scenic Coal Knob near Dewdrop Campground is magnificent, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Dunkle Trail. A number of folks camp here to be near Allegheny National Forest.
This is such a charming campground. You can run the rapids of Clarion River close to Dewdrop Campground, and do take a look at Allegheny Reservoir, it's a wonderful lake. So many exciting things in close |

The high level of rain makes Dewdrop Campground a quite wet location; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area right next door to Dewdrop Campground has to offer. If the weather is delightful here at Dewdrop Campground, you can go for a hike along the Rimrock Trail Morrison Trail; there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Ludlow Trail.

Summertime highs at Dewdrop Campground usually tend to be in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. All through
the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Dewdrop Campground plunge into the 10's. Jakes Rocks is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Dewdrop Campground, and some of the water nearby flows,
like Mead Eddy Run.
So many local attractions and such a vast number of things to do will make you glad you came. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the cool stuff you can do is fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so probably you want to stick around for
a while.
A visit to Pennsylvania is not complete without some camping. Hiking along the Campbell Mill Interpretive Trail is pleasant fun; a great location for whitewater paddling is Cattaraugus Creek - South Branch.
Everybody nearby loves skiing at Cockaigne, and a journey to Chapman State Park when you're here is never a bad idea.
