Go for a hike on the Grayback Trail, and a tour to Oregon Caves National Monument is worthwhile. be seen from here. The governing highlight in the area is the Horse Range; there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Coffee Pot Trail. Having a fine time at Wildcat Campground is trouble-free. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend

There is so much amusing stuff to do in the vicinity of Wildcat Campground; if you're searching for a great place to go for a weekend of camping, this is a pleasant selection. This is a glorious campground. There's whitewater on Rogue River for all you adrenaline kick people; a swamp like Howard Creek Chute in the neighborhood of Wildcat Campground has lots of exciting things to see. to do here in the Coast Ranges, too glorious to be true. Get your pulse rate up on the magnificent whitewater of Illinois River, and as expected Wildcat Creek flows through this neighborhood. High temperatures at Wildcat Campground during the summer months are in the 70's with
overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and nighttime lows at Wildcat Campground through the wintertime ordinarily drop into the 30's. Man, is there plenty of cool things to do in the Coast Ranges. Going for a hike on the Bear Camp Trail
is always a nice adventure, and Wildcat Campground is not far at all from Grants Pass. Wildcat Campground is a wet spot that gets a lot of rainfall; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest month of the year is July. If you go for the outdoors, you won’t be disenchanted; there's hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t get bored.
