Scores of folks stay at this campground for the purpose of being near Mount Hood National Forest. In Oregon you never run out of outdoors cool stuff. So much cool stuff in close proximity to White River Park Campground; spending time at this campground is very fun. well prized by the folks from Government Camp. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. So many amusing things to do at White River Park Campground, so little time. White River Park Campground is right by the Bonney Meadows Trail; the Timberline Trail offers hiking
| at its best. At White River Park Campground throughout the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at White River Park Campground fall into the 30's. And that's not everything you can do here in the Central Cascade Range. Barlow Pass is a splendid place to spend some time at, and why not take a little visit to North Fork Mineral Creek while you're here. Good hiking is available | |

along the Umbrella Falls Trail, and you'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Frog Lake. This campground is always a delight. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Hood River - West Fork; White River Park Campground is a location with many visitors from Government Camp. If you fancy
the outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's fishing, hiking, swimming, and whitewater paddling, so running out of exciting stuff to do won’t happen. Paddling on White River is so much fun, and hiking is a popular thing to do around White River Park Campground; Gnarl Ridge Trail
is a nice local trail. This is such a fun site for a campground. Take a hike on the Tilly Jane Trail, and Mt. Hood Meadows is a very popular ski area around here. Just can't get enough of White River Park Campground. Devils Half Acre Meadow is a brilliant location here at White
River Park Campground, and Mount Hood National Forest is a nice location to go. Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. So many fun things in the Central Cascade Range, just unbelievable. Barlow Butte can be spotted from White River Park Campground; Starvation
Creek State Park is worth checking out. The perfect variety of local attractions and the perfect variety of outdoors recreation will positively have you coming back again and again. Pack your camping stuff and hit the road; White River Park Campground is a brilliant local campground
if you happen to be in Oregon. White River Park Campground sees pretty high levels of rainfall; December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July.
