Upper Campground gets lots of water; the month with most of the rain is December, and July on the other hand is the driest. Upper Campground in fact is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. Get soaked paddling on Deschutes River, and places like Wire Meadow are wonderful to take a look at.

nice hiking along the Lucky Lake Trail.
All through the summertime highs here at Upper Campground get into the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the
winter temperatures at Upper Campground descend into the 20's. Pack your camping stuff and head for the campground; Upper Campground in Oregon is a really delightful place to spend some time.
