Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, you have to get out, and Smith Springs Campground, Oregon is a nice place for getting out. You'll beyond   doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Central Cascade Range. There's magnificent hiking along the Williams Creek Trail, and a pleasant site for whitewater paddling is Umpqua River - North. This campground is always a joy. Take a hike on the Straight Creek Trail, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Little River. Susan Creek is near Smith Springs Campground and is always a diversion to pop by; there are plenty of folks from Idleyld Park here at Smith Springs Campground. Smith Springs Campground is a relatively wet place typically with lots of precipitation; November is the month that gets the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. If you adore the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed; there's hiking, and whitewater paddling, so probably you want to stick around. This is such a fun spot for a campground. The Central Cascade Range scenery is always pretty.
