Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Deschutes River, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Swampy Lakes Trail.

out LaPine State Recreation Area, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Edison Ice Cave and Lava Trail. This is such a fun place for a campground. Gotta ski! Mt. Bachelor is a wonderful site to do that, and a round of golf at nearby Quail Run Golf Course is a tremendous
way to kill some time.
This is a popular place for folks from La Pine; there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Paulina Peak Trail.
Not much precipitation falls here at Rosland Campground; during the month of December you get the most snow around here while July is ordinarily the driest month. Oregon has a lot of outdoors activities.
