| | Rocky Ford Campground is situated in the Blue Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Boulevard Trail; nearby Gorham Gulch is a fine place to go. All year is a great time in the Blue Mountains if you like the outdoors. Grande Ronde River has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by, and the summit of Antelope Peak can be seen from Rocky Ford Campground. campground. Having a brilliant time at Rocky Ford Campground is trouble-free. Lots of folks from La Grande come to Rocky Ford Campground, and don't leave Rocky Ford Campground without first going for a hike along the Elkhorn Crest Trail. So many entertaining things to do here
in the Blue Mountains, too fine to be true. There is a delightful hiking trail near Rocky Ford Campground called the Rock Creek Lake Trail; Red Bridge State Park is a nice site to visit on a pretty day. This is such a tremendous campground. A tour to Hilgard Junction State
Park when you're here at Rocky Ford Campground is never a bad idea, and don’t forget to check out Fannie Meadows while you're here at Rocky Ford Campground.
