Hood River - West Fork is a magnificent whitewater spot in the vicinity of Reservoir Campground, and at Reservoir Campground you can catch a glimpse of File Butte. Lakes? Sure, Laurance Lake is nearby, and going for a hike on the Tilly Jane Trail is always a good adventure. getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hood River - Lake Branch. All the water falling down from the sky makes Reservoir Campground a wet site; December is when you get the most rain here while July is usually the driest month. Not sufficient hours in a day
to enjoy this spot. So many fun things right next door to Reservoir Campground, and to be at this place is always fun. Near Reservoir Campground you find the Vista Ridge Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and an out of the ordinary thing to pop by in the neighborhood of Reservoir Campground is Clear Branch Dam.
