While you're here at Pine Tree Campground you can take a hike along the Coffeepot Trail, and do take a hike on the Dry Cabin Creek Trail. Pine Tree Campground is not far at all from Dayville, and some close by water includes Jackass Creek. Lots of fun is at this campground. Pine Tree Campground is one of the places to camp here in the Blue Mountains. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Blue Mountains. |
Deadman Flat is a picturesque site any time of year; Cline Falls State Park is a nice location to go. Why not take a refreshing hike along the South Prong Trail, and the sights at John Day Fossil Beds National Monument will blow your mind. A visit to Oregon is not complete

At Pine Tree Campground you don’t see much rain; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
