Nottingham Campground is a primitive campground which naturally means that there are quite few conveniences. Natural splendor surrounds this primitive campground. This campground is one of the good sites to camp here in the Central Cascade Range. Camping out sure is a great thing to do, and Nottingham Campground in Oregon is a really great site to spend some time.

There's a great 500-foot drop to enjoy at the nearby ski hill Cooper Spur. Cooper Spur gets 8 feet of beautiful snow per year, and has 2 lifts serving the 10 trails. 50 acres of skiable land is offered at Cooper Spur; green and blue trails account for 80% while difficult trails make up 20% of the trails. There are great trails for everybody at Cooper Spur. Ski down the 87 slopes of Mt. Hood Meadows; this ski area has a vertical drop of 2,777 feet. Mt. Hood Meadows has 12 great ski lifts and gets blanketed by on average 36 feet of great snow annually. Mt. Hood Meadows is a delightful ski area with 2,150 acres of skiable terrain. 35% of the slopes are tough and 65% are
 
green and blue. On White River you bump into the close by Barlow Crossing to Keeps Mill segment. This is a class III-IV, 6-mile-from-beginning-to-end run of whitewater.
