| | The Coast Ranges scenery is always gorgeous. It's impossible to get bored in Oregon if you have a thing about the outdoors. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Coast Ranges. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Illinois River; a journey to Siskiyou National Forest is a delightful idea. This is such a fun location for a campground. The Coffee Pot Trail is a great hiking trail close to North Jenny Creek Campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Grave Creek offers some great whitewater.

Oregon Caves National Monument is a magnificent national park, and Horseshoe Bend is a splendid location to explore while in the area. North Jenny Creek Campground mostly gets a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December; July is when it's the driest.
