McCurdy Campground, Coast Ranges, Oregon

  A great place like Siskiyou National Forest close to McCurdy Campground is too great to leave out; McCurdy Campground is right by the Mountain Wells Trail. So much enjoyable stuff right next door to McCurdy Campground; it is one of lots of tremendous campgrounds in this area.
If you go for the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed; there's hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Bonanza Basin is right here at McCurdy Campground, and hiking along the Lower River Trail is great fun.
This camp ground
    is one of the fine places to camp here in the Coast Ranges. This campground is always a diversion. There are some good whitewater spots on Coquille River - South Fork, and going for a hike along the Grassy Knob Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
Several
people stay at this campground to be close to Siskiyou National Forest. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at McCurdy Campground. During your tour to McCurdy Campground you'll meet some people from Agness for sure, and the top of Iron Mountain is easily distinguished from McCurdy Campground. McCurdy Campground sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Coast Ranges has
 
to offer. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time; McCurdy Campground in Oregon is the outdoors at its finest. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Coast Ranges rocks! A trip to Coquille Myrtle Grove State Park when you're here at McCurdy Campground is a magnificent idea, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Snow Camp Trail.
It's impossible to get bored in Oregon if you adore the outdoors. At McCurdy Campground throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's, and the night is quite cooler of course, typically in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's with temperatures at McCurdy Campground dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. McCurdy Campground is liked by people of Agness.
The nice choice of local attractions, and such a nice variety of outdoors recreation will make you glad you came.
