This campground is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Collawash River in close proximity to Lemiti Campground, and why not a little side journey to Slow Creek. At this campground you will always have a wonderful time. Don't leave Lemiti Campground without popping by Detroit Lake State Park, and there's great hiking along the Fire Springs Trail. the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. Mount Hood National Forest is worth checking out if you're at Lemiti Campground, and great hiking is available along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 22. Lemiti Campground sees pretty high levels of rain; December
| is the month that gets the most rain; July on the other hand is the driest. That right there is lots of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Central Cascade Range has it all. You'll hit upon a charming lake called Russ Lake near Lemiti Campground; Lemiti Butte is clearly visible from Lemiti Campground. What would winter be without some skiing at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, and the Fish Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. There are so many entertaining things close to Lemiti Campground, and it is a tremendous campground.

and start your engine; Lemiti Campground in Oregon is such a tremendous location. While visiting this area in Oregon it's a tremendous idea to go for a camping trip too. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Lemiti Campground reach the 70's. Once the sun is down
it plunges down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's, and night lows at Lemiti Campground throughout the winter generally drop into the 30's. This camp ground is situated in the lovely Central Cascade Range. The magnificent variety of local attractions
and such a magnificent variety of outdoors recreation are sure to keep you coming back persistently. A great spot for whitewater paddling next to Lemiti Campground is Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork; why not take a refreshing hike along the Wolf Spring Trail. That right there
is a load already, but it keeps on going; Lemiti Campground has it all. There's whitewater on Clackamas River for all you adrenaline kick people, and you can go for a hike on the Boundary Trail.
