Lemiti Campground, Central Cascade Range, Oregon Custom Search   This camp ground is situated in the scenic Central Cascade Range. It's not very good for you to spend all your time indoors; you've got to get out of the house sometimes, and Lemiti Campground in Oregon is exactly what you need. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the amusing stuff you can do is hiking, whitewater paddling, fishing, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. A great deal of precipitation falls at Lemiti Campground; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month is July. But wait,     there's more fun stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clackamas River - Oak Grove Fork, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Fish Lake Trail. Outdoors folks generally love this segment of Oregon. This is such a scenic campground. The slopes of Mt. Hood Ski Bowl are so inviting nobody can resist, and the summit of Lemiti Butte can be spotted from Lemiti Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Cascade Range. Going for a hike along the Fire Springs Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and places like Detroit Lake State Park are perfect to pop by. Not far from Lemiti Campground, you'll find Triangle Lake which is a charming lake, and do take a hike on the Boundary Trail. Have a great hiking   adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 22, and some close by water includes Slow Creek. Such a pleasant selection of attractions and such a pleasant variety of outdoors recreation are fine motives to come. It's impossible to run out of amusing things to do near Lemiti Campground; it is a perfect campground. This is such a perfect campground. There are some fine whitewater spots on Collawash River, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Wolf Spring Trail. Through the warmest time of the year here at Lemiti Campground, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are typically in the 40's, and overnight lows at Lemiti Campground all through the winter usually drop into the 30's. Having a perfect time at Lemiti Campground is painless. If you come at the right time of year, Clackamas River offers some great whitewater, and Mount Hood National Forest is a magnificent place to stretch your legs a bit.
