This campground is a delightful location to stop at. Good hiking is available along the Cool Creek Trail. As if Hambone Springs Campground wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater paddling, and hiking, so you won’t get bored.

Loads of folks stay here in order to be in the vicinity of Mount Hood National Forest.
Paddling on Sandy River is so much fun, and do take a hike on the Cottonwood Meadows Trail.
