right by the Sheep Rock National Recreation Trail. This campground is a beautiful site to take a look at. Glide down the rapids of Wildhorse River in a kayak, and Oxbow Dam is a beautiful site, absolutely worth checking out. There's so much to do close to Copperfield Campground;
camping is such a fun activity, and this is a great site to do that. Copperfield Campground is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Wallowa Mountains. Wallowa-Whitman National Forest is a picturesque site any time of year, and hiking along the Red Ledge Trail is nice fun. Such a wonderful selection of attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are fine reasons to come.
