This primitive campground is located in a fantastically scenic position, and of course it may be hard to get to a primitive campground like this one, but it's worth the effort. The pleasant local attractions and such a great deal of things to do will absolutely have you coming back time and again. A visit to New Mexico is not complete without some camping. You need to get out of the house, and Wall Lake Campground in New Mexico is a really magnificent
 
    site to spend some time.
Quite a lot of fun things to do in the neighborhood of Wall Lake Campground, and it certainly is a magnificent campground. Amenities and facilities are few in primitive campgrounds like this one, and primitive
 campgrounds like these is a magnificent way to get out in the outdoors.


As if Wall Lake Campground wasn't enough, you can also go hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of enjoyable stuff to do won’t happen. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Canyon Trail; Gila National Forest is a magnificent place. Looking for some flowing water? Try Hoyt Creek; there's good hiking along the Montoya Pasture Trail. This campground is so good.
 
    Take a hike on the Brannon Park Trail; close by Cox Canyon is a great site to go. The Community Pasture Trail offers hiking at its best, and don't leave Wall Lake Campground without first going for a hike along the Burnt Mountain
  Trail. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Wall Lake Campground. Not much rain falls here at Wall Lake Campground. The wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Throughout the summer at Wall Lake Campground highs are commonly in the 80's.
