While you're here at Upper End Campground you can take a hike along the Brannon Park Trail, and City of Rocks State Park is a brilliant place to stretch your legs a bit.

Near Upper End Campground you stumble on good sites like Hill Canyon, and float down the rapids of Gila River in a kayak. This campground is so magnificent. You'll discover a stunning lake called Lake Roberts near Upper End Campground, and the Allie Canyon Trail is a great hiking trail nearby.
When you're here at Upper End Campground it's always fun to go to Gila National Forest, and Upper End Campground is not far at all from Gila.
