hiking, and swimming, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. On a nice day at Twining Campground you can take a hike along the Twining Blue Lake Trail, and Taos is a very popular ski area around here. This camp ground is one of the perfect places to camp
here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Not much rain falls here at Twining Campground; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
