Going for a hike along the Osha Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and since you're here you can play some golf at Timberon Golf Course. Having a delightful time in the Sacramento Mountains is trouble-free. White Sands National Monument is a very great site to stop by next to Slide Campground, and a good place to have a look at is Deerhead Canyon. | Forest is worth a visit. Some people choose Slide Campground in order to be right next door to Lincoln National Forest. It is very arid here at Slide Campground regularly; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and April is when it's the driest. During the warm days of summer here at Slide Campground, high temperatures generally get into the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's.
