Slide Campground, Sacramento Mountains, New Mexico   Ok, the time is here for a camping trip, don't you agree? Slide Campground in New Mexico is the outdoors at its most excellent. All through the summer months at Slide Campground temperatures are commonly in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and overnight lows during the winter for Slide Campground tend to be in the 20's. A trip to Slide Campground wouldn’t be complete without a spree to close by Oliver Lee Memorial State Park, and near Slide Campground you stumble on a golf course called Timberon   Golf Course. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Slide Campground, too magnificent to be true. Slide Campground is a location that is rather dried up regularly; August is when you get the most rain here while April is commonly the driest month. This campground has it all. Do pay a visit to White Sands National Monument if you're here at Slide Campground, and if you're popping by from Cloudcroft, you won't be the only one.
