As if Skyline Campground I wasn't enough, you can also go swimming, hiking, and fishing, so running out of cool stuff to do won’t happen. Don't leave   Skyline Campground I without first going for a hike along the Dry Mills Trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Ski Apache is reasonably near. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more amusing stuff to do in the Sacramento Mountains. There are fine sites to look at along the Cedar Creek Trail.
