Deer Canyon is a great spot to take a look at nearby, and if you come at the right time of year, Rio Grande offers some great whitewater. Looking for some flowing water? Try Redondo Creek, and there are plenty of folks from Los Alamos here at Redondo Campground. Loads of folks camp here in order to be near Fenton Lake State Park. There are so many enjoyable things to do next to Redondo Campground, and loads of folks are fond of coming here |

along the Padre Alonzo Trail, and close by you find the Puerco Espin Trail which is a good hiking trail. With such a great deal of things to do in New Mexico you'll never get bored. You truly shouldn't be in a building every day; you've got to get out of the house from
time to time, and Redondo Campground in New Mexico is the outdoors at its finest. There's more to do near Redondo Campground other than just hanging out such as whitewater paddling, and hiking, so running out of fun things to do won’t happen. This is such a splendid campground.
There are pleasant locations to discover along the Palomas Trail; a spree to Fenton Lake State Park invigorates the soul. For the period of the warm months at Redondo Campground highs are commonly in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The cold days of
the winter come with highs in the 40's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Redondo Campground descend into the 0's. Redondo Campground is pretty dehydrated regularly; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and April is when it's the driest.
