The natural attractiveness at this primitive campground is fine, and there aren't loads of facilities at Redondo Campground given that it is a primitive campground. Redondo Campground is a tremendous camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. At Redondo Campground you may get a nicer wilderness experience than you would get at a more civilized campground. Getting to a primitive campground such as Redondo Campground may be
 
    a tad demanding, but it's well worth it.

Camping in New Mexico is such a fun thing to do. As if Redondo Campground wasn't sufficient, you can also go fishing, hiking, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so running out of exciting things to do won’t happen.

    to do are sure to keep you coming back again and again. Whitewater rapids are dangerous occurrences, so you must check current conditions before heading out. Don't miss out on a tour to Bandelier National Monument since you're here
  at Redondo Campground; if you're here, you might as well check out Deer Canyon. These mountains rock, just explore all the entertaining things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Some close by water includes Redondo Creek, and going for a hike on the Palomas Trail is always a great adventure. This campground is a pretty site to stop at. If you're visiting Redondo Campground from Los Alamos, you won't be the only one; Pajarito Mountain is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood.
