| | This camp ground is situated in the striking Sacramento Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Crest Trail, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Ski Apache. Nogal Lake Campground gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest month of the year is April. Go for a hike on the Dry Mills Trail, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Nogal Lake Campground; Tucson Mountain Trail is a great local trail.
