| | This camp ground is one of the good spots to camp here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Hyde Memorial State Park is a nice location to stretch your legs a bit; there's fine hiking along the Big Tesuque Trail. New Mexico is a tremendous outdoors state. This place, Manzanares Campground, it just has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Glide down the rapids of Pecos River in a kayak, and going for a hike on the Thompson Peak Trail is always a good adventure. Manzanares Campground is liked by the folks of Pecos. Campground in New Mexico is such a tremendous place. This campground is a delightful spot to pop by. A journey to Santa Fe National Historic Trail is worthwhile. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Santa Cruz, and lots of folks from Pecos come here. Manzanares Campground
| is usually a rather dry site; most of the rain falls through July while January is frequently the driest month. There's so many things to do at Manzanares Campground including whitewater paddling, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. This is such a fun spot for a campground. Gotta ski! Ski Santa Fe is a splendid spot to do that, and there are great sites to look at along the Rio Medio Trail. a hike along the Gascon Trail. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Sangre De Cristo Mountains has to offer. Santa Fe National Forest is a beautiful place any time of year, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Winsor Trail. All through
the long summer days here at Manzanares Campground, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Manzanares Campground fall into the 10's.
